Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers and two sidekicks named Pop and Mabel. What more could you want? The ending is idiotic and contrived, even by musical comedy standards. Anyone who doesn’t like a movie like this has serious problems (with the possible exception of the blackface “Bojangles” number.)
