Ann and I watched all twelve episodes of Rome in two marathon sessions. Only now that the dust has settled do I recognize that this is a good, but not a great series. Fact is, not much happens. One assassination after all that! Tune in to I, Clavdivs if you wanna see dynastic shifts! Anyway, Rome is tremendously fun to watch, but with all the schtupping and the fighting, when did they ever have time to build the aquaducts????
