You should know that I only saw this once – in 1995 – on an Academy screener VHS with burn-in all over it.
Last night I watched it on Blu-ray – and was surprised how much I remembered. That means this is a really good movie.
One can definitely see the influence Heat had on the Steven Soderbergh – and shows like The Wire. It’s pretty fantastic.
