As of 15 minutes ago I became obsessed with the British TV Licensing system, which you can read about at great length here and here or about trying to avoid here and here.
But forget about all that. I’ve long claimed to be proud that I’ve never in my 31 years owned a car. As a New Yorker, I not only don’t need one, but it would be a hassle. But I’d accept that hassle if I could ride around in this:
