Gaaaaaaaaaaaah!
I just bought a new monthly metrocard and somehow the metallic strip has gotten scratched or corroded or something. Basically, it now takes, on average, seventy-four swipes until you are finally allowed through. I could go up to the booth like a putz and have them buzz me in, but that is admittng defeat. I’ll be dealing with this for another twenty days. Someone remind me why we got rid of tokens again?
