Other than The Chronicles of Narnia, I can’t think of one Tilda Swinton movie where she doesn’t get naked. Clearly there’s something a little cracked about that.
I was kinda excited for this movie. The photography looked amazing and the score was by John Adams. The problem is the script. It is AWFUL. Plodding and preposterous. No one has believable motivation, no one is likable. The design and music, while lovely, is so over the top it turns this into an inadvertent laugh fest. I haven’t felt such anger at a movie in a long time. Awful.
