The beginning of this wasn’t funny at all. In fact, at about the 15 minute mark I was seriously considering shutting this off. Then, suddenly, things clicked and I found myself very amused. There’s some really off-the-wall stuff here. The scene where Will Ferrell refuses to eat a plate of cat poop, then relents to eat cat poop, was so strange and Python-like that I rewound it three times, howling with laughter more and more. Very entertaining. And hats off to (of all people) Christina Applegate for holding her own.
