This photo is out of date already, but fairly indicative of the hot sauce choices that are always open to you should you sup at the Casa de Hoffman/Farrell. The small silver container second from the right with the gas mask is actually a hot mustard. I tried some in some wonton soup the other day and nearly passed out. It was awesome.
