US Forces used White Phosphorous (basically Napalm) in Fallujah last year. “It’s legal!” a Pentagon flak says on Democracy Now. Sure it’s legal, if yours is the only country that refuses to sign the international treaty banning its use. Parallels to Vietnam end here, though. Rumsfeld was smart enough to completely seal off Fallujah to the press before the operations started.
