“Leave It To Beaver” Japan-style, as two moppet kids take an oath of silence until their parents buy them a TV set. This sparks a wave of misunderstanding among the yenta housewives of the apartment complex, all culminating in an orgy of fart and poo-poo jokes. A very unique film.
