A paradox.
You can’t take a paper-thin premise and hope people will stay engaged (“wow, what if this REALLY happened in MY WORLD?”) but play it off with pee-pee jokes, falling out of trees and car commercial needle-drops.
A fascinating look at mismatched tone and horrid direction.
