I watched this directly after the surrealist masterpiece The Holy Mountain. In some ways, it is a perfect match.
A big fat mess of a boring narrative that is like a cinematic version of musiqe concrete. Really frickin’ annoying. And nearly 3 hours. I checked – the first joke is at the 52 minute mark. And the woman playing Naomie Harris just has to go. When she says something about being stuck in the doldrums it was the only time she made sense.
