No Insignia
If there are any more episodes like “Haven” out there, I may just cancel this whole Star Trek Project. I imagine any show centered on Counselor Troi would be unwatchable — so this farce about a pre-arranged marriage is just awful. What’s worse is that a decent enough sci-fi conceit is just thrown away. A society with a communicable disease must confine itself to spaceships lest they infect other cultures. But that comes in at the end. Then there’s some kinda conclusion. I can’t even tell you what it is. All I know is that Troi doesn’t leave the Enterprise (shocker!) and everyone’s haircut is bad. When, when, when is TNG going to get good??! I must — I MUST soldier on through the remainder of this horrendous first season to get to season two!!
I went on StarTrek.com to see how bad it would be for you…sorry Jordan but you’ve got a few more stinkers to wade through before it gets better! Patience dear boy…. 🙂
