I remember this being absolutely hysterical, but, I must admit, some of the jokes are only so-so. Woody is great, as is Alan Alda and Goldie Hawn. It’s all the kids (particularly Natasha Lyonne) who kinda blow it. It just feels kinda forced. Woody’s use of long, wide takes usually isn’t a problem; he usually has actors with chops. Not so much here. Anyway, still a great deal of fun and some truly marvelous moments. Maybe this is an “A-” and I’m just being picky.
