I respect this episode for busting-open the formula of the usual episode (kinda like how M*A*S*H used to do) but ultimately and all-Data episode can get on your nerves after a while. Data, filing a report to the dude who wanted to dissasemble him a few seasons back, has just one too many whimsical observations for my stomach.
