I haven’t the time or patience to spend too much time worrying about this, but I’m pleased to see I’m not the only one who has noticed a sharp downturn in Netflix’s quality lately (he said as he clicks “Damaged Disc Received” for what feels like the 12th time this year. . . as meanwhile ONE disc he sent out yesterday was received but a second one was not.)
