I’ll call this movie more interesting that good. I give it tremendous props for getting very “granular” about the innovations that happened on Citizen Kane’s set. This was made just when HBO was about to make the leap from cable TV to cultural leader – it’s a little bit better than a made-for-cable movie, but still, you can tell, it’s just a little shy from being a *real* movie. Schrieber, as always, is great.
