Will Ferrell is a goddamned riot. The script is as sharp as a diamond stylus. Some scenes are flat — the brother and g.f. relationships especiallybut anyone not singing at the end to keep Santas sled aloft is crippled inside. Some scenes in Elf are taken straight out of Ultrachrist!
