Jeri Ryan had to act in this episode. Considering her outfit makes it impossible for most mortals to breathe, that is impressive.
Anyway, the “voices of the assimilated” haunt Seven of Nine and even Tuvok’s mind meld can’t save the day alone.
Lemme tell ya, those unitards are INDEED hard to breathe in. Add a wig and prosthetics to the face and then being sent to a trailer to do schoolwork for the government-mandated three hours/day on set , and you have one unhappy actress. But then someday someone will buy your costume and think it is the neatest thing ever, and put it on a mannequin and scare the living daylights out of you by sending you a photo of it.
