Prophet Motive, DS9
Armin Schimerman is a fantastic actor and here’s why. The Ferengi are comic relief, yet when he’s got to, Quark can stand up and be tough. And it is instantly believable. And still funny. To do that beneath a mile of silly make up is quite a feat.
Wallace Shawn is back as the Grand Nagus Zek – only this time he’s being nice. Much like Bender’s good twin Flexo, something is up. It takes Quark riding into the Wormhole to go head-to-head with the prophets to set things right again. Very entertaining.
