There are many things to get giddy over here. How much of a male fantasy is on display here? A perfect female (Famke Jansson) who has been bred specifically to “imprint” on a male and then strive to do nothing but please him, using empathic powers to determine how and a near-chemical dependence to further motivation. A Ferengi mishap cracks the seal a little early and next thing you know Picard is experience perfect love. He’s smart enough to know he’s in a Philip K.
