An uneasy peace, a wrenegade Federation captain, hidden truths, fish-faced aliens more fish-faced than Klingons. Who doesn’t love crap like this? Picard gets all holier-than-though at the Captain of the Phoenix, but despite his half-cocked murderous ways he gets results!. Picard the peacemaker earns a little cred by telling Mr. Cardassian that he will be watching his ass. A dark episode; a prelude to the oncoming awesomeness in Deep Space Nine.
