The Tholian Web, TOS 3
This episode is fun to watch even though it makes no sense. I dunno, give me a ticking clock and I guess I’m happy with anything. Captain Kirk (in the lamest looking spacesuit) is trapped between dimensions and Spock needs to rescue him before the jerky Tholians finish lacing up this big space net with the Enterprise in it. The biggest revelation from this episode is that Dr. McCoy can really be an asshole sometimes. I think I actually shouted at the television, “Shut up and leave Spock alone.” Boy, what the hell is my problem? Anyway, the day is saved at the end, but don’t ask me how. I have a hunch a few scenes were edited for time on this one.
