A not very thrilling sword ‘n’ sorcery tale squeezing every inch of life out of the Gandalf/Frodo dynamic. Location photography in Wales and Scotland looks nice, as does the boyish haircut on sexy-because-she-isn’t-sexy Caitlin Clarke.
